Laboratory Pad-Steam Range
This range is suitable for the dyestuff which needs to be fixed by saturated steam process and for recipe making in continuous processing way. It takes less than 4 second for the dyed sample fabric to enter into the steam chamber. This feature helps to avoid the risk of oxidation before the reaction is completed.
Padding part: Horizontal type NBR rubber coated roller 125 mm diameter and 300 mm length
Steam chamber: Total length 6 meter, dwelling time 20 ~ 120sec
Water seal bath at outlet
Temperature range: Saturated steam 102℃
Air compressor、washing compartments、steam generator can be added as per request of customer (optional)
