Laboratory IR Beaker Dyeing Machine

This machine is the latest generation of IR beaker dyeing machine. It uses the thermal radiation heating, without any heat medium, so it is clean, environment-friendly way of sample dyeing and makes no pollution. It uses the unique way to fix dyeing pots, so users can have the excellent leveling dyeing and low bath ratio effects. Optional dosing function can help to simulate production conditions well.

Laboratory Oscillating Dyeing Machine

This oscillating type of laboratory dyeing machine is made for replacing the old conventional pots or bottles. Operator can dye many pots at one time and manually adding chemicals during process.

Laboratory Drum Dyeing Machine

This machine is specially designed for dyeing ability test of false twisted yarns & the shrinkage test of hosiery yarns. Commonly used for small lot of scouring, dyeing & washing or stone wash effects.
Inside of the drum can be divided into 2 or 3 compartments with programmed reversal turnings ensure the leveling dyeing results without tangling of the dyeing substrates.

Laboratory Leather Dyeing Machine

This machine is used in tanning, fatliquoring and dyeing in the engine of leather. User adds infiltrate agent into the dyeing drum, then adds the good light fastness dye and leveling dye agent. When the dyeing drum is rotating, leathers would deeply rubs with each other. This action is helpful for the colors to penetrate into the deeper and harder parts of the leather. It suits leather、thick non-woven fabric and finishing treatment works.

Laboratory Two Roll Plastic Mixing Mill

The two roll mill is equipped with two rolls made of corrosion resistant steel. The surface is hardened and polished. Heavy duty slide bearings are applied as main bearings. The central oil supply and the application of high temperature sealings grant low-maintenance operation. Temperature control is done through a micro-processor controlled temperature controller. Heating is achieved by heating cartridges installed in the rolls and ensuring an even temperature distribution over the whole roll width.

The actual temperature is measured by a thermocouple. Place the rubber/plastic material and dye agents on the gap between two rollers and heat, the materials will be squeezed into pieces.
